Floodlight as a replacement product of electric light source has been more and more recognized by people and has been applied in many fields. Its main features are as follows.
1. Long life: general incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps, energy-saving lamps, and other gas discharge lamps have filaments or electrodes, and the sputtering effect of the filament or electrode is precisely the inevitable component that limits the service life of the lamp. High-frequency induction discharge lamps require no or less maintenance, with high reliability. Use life up to 60,000 hours (calculated by 10 hours a day, life can reach more than 10 years). Compared with other lamps: 60 times that of incandescent lamps; 12 times that of energy-saving lamps; 12 times that of fluorescent lamps; 20 times that of high-pressure mercury lamps; the long life of floodlights greatly reduces maintenance troubles and the number of replacements, saves material costs and labor costs, and ensures long-term normal use. Since the floodlight has no electrodes, it relies on the combination of electromagnetic induction principle and fluorescent discharge principle to emit light, so it does not exist to limit the life of the inevitable components. Service life is only determined by the quality level of electronic components, circuit design and manufacturing process of the bubble body, the general service life of up to 60,000 ~ 100,000 hours.
2. Energy saving: compared with incandescent lamps, energy saving up to about 75%, 85W floodlight luminous flux and 500W incandescent lamp luminous flux is roughly equivalent.
3. Environmental protection: it uses a solid mercury agent, even if broken will not cause pollution to the environment, there are more than 99% of the recyclable rate, is a true environmentally friendly green light source.
4. No strobe: because of its high operating frequency, so it is considered “no strobe effect”, will not cause eye fatigue, to protect eye health.
5. Good color rendering: color rendering index greater than 80, soft light color, showing the natural color of the object being illuminated.
6. Color temperature can be selected: from 2700K ~ 6500K by the customer according to needs to choose, and can be made into color bulbs, used for garden decorative lighting.
7. High proportion of visible light: in the emitted light, the proportion of visible light up to 80% or more, good visual effect.
8. No need to preheat. It can be started and restarted immediately, and there will be no light recession in ordinary discharge lamps with electrodes when switching for many times.
9. Excellent electrical performance: high power factor, low current harmonics, constant voltage power supply, constant luminous flux output.
10. Installation adaptability: can be installed in any direction, without restrictions.
